"Why We Can't Achieve Our Deserve Targets?

I met many students and I asked from each of them what will you become in future? What's your aim? What will be your profession? They simply answer;
I will become a doctor/engineer, If I can't then I will join an Army, if I can't join it, then I will go to nursing.....simple they tell me many professions.
I Just ask a few questions from them What it mean "If I Can't"? Why you can't...? What are the deficits in you...? These are the questions which make them silent.
Now I am going to show the reality and tell you what are the reasons behind our failure. The main reason is that our goals are not clear crystal. We are the people whose are Change with the season. We want do become what we see. We haven't a solid reason about what we become. We doesn't follow our thoughts we follow people. And Our mind is dispersive. These are the main reasons due to which we can't achieve our targets.
Now I will give you some tips; about how to achieve the deserve targets... We must follow the below tips in order to achieve our goals;
1) We must have full knowledge about the target which we want to achieve.
2) Our target should be clear.
3) We must have a Solid reason about our target that why I will do that?
4) We must focus all of our thoughts upon the target which we want to achieve.
5) We should have to remove all other options from our mind.
6) Now we have to keep in mind that I will achieve that target at any cost no matter what ever the conditions is and no matter what ever I have to face...!
Keeping these things in mind and following it, I guaranteed everyone that We will achieve our deserve targets.(Thanks)
